After meeting Rob at a Team ROLO open house, we scheduled a buyer's consultation to discuss their wants/needs and the home buying process. Once we established their goals and covered the home buying process, they were ready to go home shopping.
Together we previewed a few dozen homes and one off-market property before finding the right fit. After the showing for 4798 Rubes Creek Drive, Rob was eager to place an offer on his future home. When drafting the offer together, I provided Rob with the data and knowledge necessary to write a competitive offer that would grab the seller's attention. As a bonus, Rob’s offer was the seller's first offer, and I knew the listing agent.
Of course, his offer was accepted!
